This is my "now" page, inspired by Derek Sivers, to give you a glimpse of what I'm working on now.

Most websites have an "about" page to give you a glimpse about that person and a "contact" page. This is is a "now page that will give you a glimpse of what I'm working on at this point in my life.

Working

• Putting together a talk for a major software company that I will speak on the topic of accessibility and deaf awareness for internal training
• Putting together a separate talk to speak about captions at Muslim Tech Fest

Personal

• Original underwent training for a 10K running race in Edinburgh in May 2025 but was injured. I'm now focused on recovery and look to take part in another race for running or cycling.

Ongoing work

• Building up PurpleByte by chasing up leads and working on a few projects
• Creating a content plan for PurpleByte
• Creating a plan to move Hear Me Out! [CC] to the next step by creating a content plan
